Welcome to Band of Frequencies new album, 'Sol Train'. Created by Shannon Sol R. Carroll, Oj Newcomb & Mark Henman, this album offers a great selection of original sounds from a collective of musicians that have been making very fluid sound waves. Their sound is a rootsy concoction of rock 'n' soul, electric guitar and drum driven psychedelic journeys, acoustic ambient jams and laid back grooves fit for a Sunday arvo on the verandah. If you like roots music and an earthy mix of sonic styles then this album is a must.

Filmed from Dave Rastovich's unique perspective, the story loosely documents what happens when a group of sonically inclined surfers come together with no other intention than to ride sound waves, ocean waves and record the thrill of the ride.
