Anchored in a variety of roots music – from drum & bass to soul funk, crisp hip-hop to spirited rock & improvised jazz – Afro Dizzi Act have built a reputation as one of the most flexible bands in Australia. Happy Daze was recorded by Michael Bates at Nomad Digital Studios in the Byron Bay Hinterland during 2006 and released in 2007. With nearly three years since the release of his last album, Juzzie has used the time to continually refine his sound and further develop a unique songwriting style.
