Welcome to Band of Frequencies new album, 'Sol Train'. Created by Shannon Sol R. Carroll, Oj Newcomb & Mark Henman, this album offers a great selection of original sounds from a collective of musicians that have been making very fluid sound waves. Their sound is a rootsy concoction of rock 'n' soul, electric guitar and drum driven psychedelic journeys, acoustic ambient jams and laid back grooves fit for a Sunday arvo on the verandah. If you like roots music and an earthy mix of sonic styles then this album is a must.

''I am not a performer of traditional didjeridu songs, Yet my music is respected by many of my Aboriginal brothers and sisters. To be taken by the didjeridu is to enter the innocent appreciation of the sound. It is a teacher in the art of effortless action. Go nowhere. Be here. Enough,
The yidaki (didjeridu) is an instrument of the Indigenous people of Northern Australia. It is a gateway to the Dreamtime. When I play I connect with a vast and infinite pool of knowkedge and raw creative forces. I play my story, my dreaming, the dreaming of NOW, I humble myself to the traditional custodians of this instrument. This music is dedicated to the healing and harmonising of planet Earth.
"Life Like Liquid" is an exploration into the creative realms of surfing, sound creation and fluid living. Filmed from Dave Rastovich's unique perspective, the story loosely documents what happens when a group of sonically inclined surfers come together with no other intention than to ride sound waves, ocean waves and record the thrill of the ride.
