The Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) dubbed it ‘jazz goes walkabout’. Besides the pacey didj riffs there’s chunky keyboard, wild saxophone and solid drum playing.

Well, we got together when we met in Year 7 at Ballina High. Geoff Slingsby was playing drums while Ben Whiting and Bill Donaldson were cousins and had been playing guitar together. We found we like the same sort of music like Blink 182 and Sum 41 so we started practicing at school and then at Geoff’s place. We entered a few competitions and got places in them. In year 8 we won first place in Ashtons High School Rock in Brisbane against about 60 other school bands.
